You have solid admin and customer service experience, ideally in a sales support, sales administration, order processing or customer account role. You know how to handle inbound enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and keep customers updated in a way that feels helpful and confident.
If you have worked in print, signage, large format, graphic production, branded displays or anything closely related, that would be a huge advantage. It means you will already understand the pace, the terminology, and the importance of accuracy.
You are comfortable using systems and spreadsheets and you pick up new tools quickly. You write clearly, you speak professionally, and you enjoy being the steady hand behind the scenes.
