A leading hospitality group in Birmingham is seeking a Hotel Sales & Reservations Manager. You will manage sales and reservations operations, maximize occupancy and revenue, and collaborate with various teams to enhance guest satisfaction. This role requires proven experience in hospitality sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with relevant systems. As the Hotel Sales & Reservations Manager, you will take ownership of all sales and reservations operations — from managing enquiries and group bookings to identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Accor, and Mitchells & Butlers teams to maximise occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Your role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: managing daily reports, ensuring accurate stock levels, and actively seeking out local corporate partnerships to grow our client base.
