What You’ll Do
- Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers within the manufacturing sector that require temporary power and HVAC solutions.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and bookings objectives.
- Market Penetration: Identify opportunities within the market and develop strategies to penetrate these using a direct sales approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that the infrastructure supports the growing needs of the industry.
- Market Growth: Grow market share by targeting competitor accounts and expanding within existing customer bases, while maintaining high service standards.
- Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to identify customer needs and offer the best solutions.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer activities, leads, and data.
- Process Compliance: Adhere to Aggreko’s sales process and ensure compliance with CRM and CPQ procedures.
You’ll Have the Following Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in technical sales
- Good knowledge of power or temperature control equipment
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts
- Strong presentation and objection-handling skills to build trust and long-term relationships
