This role is within Stryker’s Interventional Spine (IVS) business unit, focusing on high-quality implant and capital products for spinal fractures and pain management therapies. We seek an ambitious sales professional committed to growth.

As an IVS Sales Rep, you will sell products that benefit patients and transform healthcare. This role offers career growth, development, and diverse opportunities.

What you will do:

  • Pitch capital products that save costs and support hospital sustainability goals.
  • Engage stakeholders to build strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, support pricing strategies, and negotiate effectively.
  • Track sales progress, forecast accurately, and communicate insights.
  • Educate and support clinical staff onsite, demonstrating deep product knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Present cost-saving capital solutions to stakeholders.
  • Support customers’ sustainability goals.
  • Prospect and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop clinical training skills.
  • Introduce new products and support launches.
  • Increase account penetration through value-added programs.
  • Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Support interventional procedures in theatre.
  • Manage pipeline using CRM Salesforce.
  • Develop business plans based on market opportunities.
  • Participate in planning and market analysis activities.
  • Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders.

What you need:

  • Training or degree in medical/scientific/technical or related experience.
