Salary & Benefits
  • £30,000 base salary

What You’ll Do
  • Attend warm, qualified, inbound leads (no cold outreach)
  • Complete property assessments (you’ll be fully trained)
  • Explain the benefits, savings and system options
  • Present proposals and answer customer questions
  • Guide customers through the signup process
  • Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Handover the job to our account manager after the sale

This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys autonomy, and wants to earn a high income.

What We’re Looking For

You

  • Need solar experience. We will also train you.

You

  • Need the following:
  • Previous sales experience (any industry, solar preferred)
  • Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
  • Motivated by high earnings
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident, positive, professional attitude
  • Bonus if you have in-home sales experience
  • Experience in renewable energy, home improvements, car sales, telecoms, financial sales, roofing, or utilities
