Main responsibilities
  • Being responsible for delivering sales growth in line with sales targets for Dermatology in the designated territory.
  • Developing, with confidence, a narrative arc for individual customers and the situation in which it is being delivered, by converting rational data points into emotive, memorable and distinctive story and utilising a multi-channel marketing to access and engage with customers.
  • Working collaboratively in the role of account co-ordinator with the cross functional team to lead the creation and delivery of the account plan.
About you

Experience:

  • Proven experience in key account management in secondary care with leadership capability.
  • High knowledge of NHS environment, drivers and pathways.
  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Understanding of ABPI Code of Practice and its practical application in a business environment.
  • In-depth understanding of the Dermatology / Biologics Environment (preferred but not essential).

Soft skills:

  • Genuine passion for improving the lives of others, whether they are the people with AD we serve, or the people we have in our organisation.
  • A naturally resourceful and entrepreneurial individual with an exceptional record of high achievements.
  • Ability to (1) understand your customers, asking the right questions and exploring behaviours influencing their decision making; (2) create a distinctive story by selecting the right messages and interventions to overcome behavioural biases; and (3) reach a commitment with the customer on the steps to achieve a common goal.
  • Hunger to learn and challenge yourself, constantly looking for ways to apply learnings and drive improvement.

Technical skills:

  • Confidence to deliver remote calls.

Education:

  • Degree level, within a life science subject (preferred but not essential).
