  • CRM, Systems and Process managing the CRM system, identifying and rolling out process improvements throughout the sales function.
  • Workflow management allocating loads, assisting to drive sales processes forwards liaising with other functions
  • Creating Sales Reports and Documents such a strategy reviews, client account reviews, KPI reports and profitability tracking
  • Developing Sales Collateral such a proposals, presentations and sales documents.
  • Working with Directors on team strategy and improvement
