Job description

As Sales and Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Sales dept and customers in the timely processing of orders and facilitate the transfer of stock within the logistics network and onto the customer. This is a diverse role, engaging with a range of internal stakeholders as part of a wider team that strives to provide a best in class service to the customers that timely, efficient and effective.

Location
  • This full time role is based in Maidstone, Kent.
Responsibilities
  • Dedicated customer and administration support to European sales teams.
  • Processing incoming sales orders in line with company procedure from retail partners, country & sales managers and online transactions.
  • Focus on excellent customer care to commercial retail/distribution partners, building relationships and providing day-to-day maintenance of their accounts.
  • Provide support to partners throughout the ordering process, with timely communications, advice and potential upselling.
  • Keep up to date with country specific activities, new products and features.
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders internally.
  • Work with business partners to facilitate collections, returns, deliveries, order queries and liaise with external warehouses on a daily basis.
  • Stock transfers between EU 3PL warehouses and internal stock movements.
  • Rework requests and management at 3PL.
  • Stock returns from service centres in EU and UK.
  • Regularly advise sales teams of graded stock availability.
  • Support with any other Sales admin related activities commensurate with this role.
Qualifications
  • Passion for audio and enthusiasm for KEF's brand values.
  • A natural flair for communicating and engaging with customers and colleagues with a good telephone manner.
  • Excellent English language skills both written and verbal. Another language would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Computer literate - MS Office / CRM systems / SAP experience.
  • Previous experience working in a similar administrative, coordinator role is essential.
  • Previous experience with stock/inventory control is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Customer focussed with a commitment to providing a good customer experience.
  • Team player with a can do attitude that is approachable and adapts to changing needs.
  • Enthusiastic and open to new challenges and ideas.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a good attention to detail are essential.
  • Remaining calm under pressure is essential.
