Join Our Team as a Sales & Marketing Administrator! Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual ready to make an impact in the Sales and Marketing world? Our client, a dynamic organisation based in Thatcham, Berkshire, is on the lookout for a passionate Sales & Marketing Administrator to support their thriving teams!

Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Manage data entry, report preparation, and document management with high accuracy.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer information in CRM systems.
  • Support the preparation of sales quotes using Sage.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
  • Help manage marketing campaigns, including email distributions and social media updates (training can be provided if required).
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales support role is essential.
  • Ideally, experience with Sage and CRM systems.
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
Benefits
  • Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Holiday: 25 days off plus Bank Holidays.
  • Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM.
