Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the front taking responsibility for sales performance and setting a clear commercial direction
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Drive new business while maintaining and expanding key accounts
  • Build and execute strategy alongside senior leadership, working closely with vendors and distributors to shape market approach
  • Oversee deal logistics from end to end including pricing, negotiation, and partner collaboration
  • Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to broader business planning at a senior level

Requirements:

  • A proven background in IT reseller, distributor, or VAR sales, with a clear understanding of the UK channel landscape
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and scaling sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering significant revenue and margin growth
  • Strategic and hands-on, ready to contribute at every level of the sales process
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also confident making high-impact decisions
  • Based within reach of our South-East office and happy to be in the office two days per week
