Location: Liverpool Street, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (early finish on Fridays)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic, £80,000+ OTE

My client is a fast-growing PropTech business with a strong reputation for innovation and efficiency in the property sector. They combine technology with a client-first approach to deliver streamlined, transparent, and rapid property transactions. With an ambitious growth strategy, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand their sales function.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with proven experience in property or related sales environments. The successful candidate will not only manage and motivate a team but will also take personal responsibility for driving revenue and securing deals. The role combines sales leadership, compliance oversight, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive individual and team pipelines, consistently securing new business and closing deals.
  • Oversee property listings to ensure competitive pricing and efficient turnaround.
  • Uphold compliance standards, including AML checks and relevant UK property regulations.
  • Resolve escalated client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor KPIs, delivering regular performance feedback and training.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, reporting, and overall business strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and customer experience enhancement.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in property or PropTech sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and motivating small sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Confident using CRM systems and online sales tools.
  • Desirable: experience within online or non-traditional estate agency models, exposure to data-driven lead generation, and familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce or Reapit.
