Role

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful main dealership based in Newbury, seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join their team. Responsibilities & Requirements

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the sales department.
• Lead, motivate and support a team of four Sales Executives, one Sales Controller, and a Vehicle Progressor.
• Drive performance to achieve departmental targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure sales processes and compliance standards are consistently met.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade is essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Package

• £35,000 basic salary
• £55,000 OTE
• Hours: Monday to Saturday - 8:00am to 6:00pm (No Sundays - day off in the week, with a late shift on Tuesday or Thursday until 9:00pm)
