Qualifications

  • Experience of working as a Sales Manager for a high volume national housebuilder.
  • Experience of leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales budgets and targets for each development.
  • Supporting, managing and motivating the sales team.
  • Implementing sales inductions and providing continual training.
  • Overseeing site presentation to maintain correct standards.
  • Agreeing budgets for show homes with the Head of Sales.
  • Proposing sales strategies to the Head of Sales.
  • Ensuring developments are fully staffed and cover is managed.
  • Ensuring accurate information and plans for sales operations.
  • Working within financial parameters to maximise profit.

Education

GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
