Sales
  1. Deliver budgeted sales.
  2. Create a customer-centric culture by reviewing our service proposition to exceed customer expectations as we strive to be market leaders.
  3. Maintain understanding of Host Store and other concession relationships.
  4. Take initiative and ownership to improve the business instinctively.
  5. Review brand performance to enhance commercial decisions.
  6. Contribute to the department's development aligning with consumer demands and business opportunities.
  7. Schedule and oversee staff planning for maximum floor coverage in line with core hours.
  8. Ensure high standards of staff presentation and adherence to store guidelines.
Service
  1. Create a customer-centric environment. Train, coach, and develop the team to forge and maintain client relationships.
  2. Monitor test shop results, CRM, and develop service action plans to meet company standards.
  3. Establish a client-focused mindset to ensure the highest level of client experience and manage client relationships effectively.
People
  1. Recruit new team members in conjunction with the GM, following Kurt Geiger recruitment policies.
  2. Adhere to company and store policies, communicating them effectively to staff.
  3. Invest in team development to maximize performance.
  4. Maintain positive relationships with co-workers and senior management.
  5. Foster a positive team environment daily.
  6. Communicate KPIs and manage performance through reviews, demonstrating effective leadership.
Operations
  1. Follow company and store policies, ensuring clear communication and compliance.
  2. Take ownership of daily hygiene standards.
  3. Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed daily.
  4. Understand operational standards, including stockroom management.
KPIs
  1. Meet sales targets set by the company.
  2. Achieve store and company sales and productivity goals.
  3. Maintain retention and labor turnover targets.
  4. Contribute to payroll targets.
  5. Keep audits within +/- 0.3%.
  6. Meet event sales revenue targets.
  7. Achieve and exceed a 10% client book sales target.
Candidate Profile
  • Currently working as a Senior Manager in a high-turnover business.
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • History of P&L accountability and driving bottom-line results.
  • Proven ability to drive performance through people.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, internally and externally.
  • Background in fashion-forward footwear, accessories, or fashion brands—luxury experience preferred.
  • Represent our luxury/fashion-forward brand professionally.
