Job Type: Full Time – Permanent

Salary: OTE of £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (Salary negotiable on experience)

Qualifications and Experience
  • A proven track record in automotive sales either as a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive.
  • Good business and commercial understanding.
  • A positive and forward thinking work ethic.
  • The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team.
  • A proactive and organised approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Enhancing the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
  • Effectively recruit, train, motivate and support other members of the sales team to reach expected targets, which you will track and report to senior management.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
  • Maintain product knowledge of cars and add‑ons.
  • Advise on finance, insurance and product accessories.
  • Work to set KPIs and targets.
  • EMG Business Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
