Area Sales Manager – West Midlands (HVAC Build / Data Centre sector experience)

Region : West Midlands area

Salary : £60,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Expenses

Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Reporting to : UK Sales Lead

We’re recruiting on behalf of a global leader in sustainable fluid-flow technology, with manufacturing operations across four continents and a strong presence in energy-efficient HVAC solutions. This award-winning organisation is committed to innovation and performance, supporting clients across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

As Area Sales Manager , you’ll lead business development and account management across the Midlands, South West, and Wales, working closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to grow sales and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and exceed regional sales targets across bookings and shipments
  • Develop and manage key client relationships, becoming the Basis of Design (BoD) early in project stages
  • Create proposals, quotations, and solution-based presentations using a structured sales process
  • Expand the customer base and drive brand loyalty through campaigns and strategic engagement
