What We’re Looking For

You may currently be:

  • A number two in a Sales Manager role, ready to take the lead
  • A former Branch Manager craving more innovation and autonomy
  • A seasoned Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Lister with leadership aspirations

  • A high street or independent estate agency background, ideally with a strong local network or “black book”
