Sales Manager – Insurance Brokers

Our client is looking for a talented Sales Manager (Or Team Leader) to lead and manage a small team of insurance brokers, driving sales performance and ensuring excellent client service within a commercial insurance broking environment.

This is a great broker based in Stockport who are just as invested in the persons skills as they are in cultural fit, it’s a growing company within a very experienced and established broking group. Great leadership and plenty of opportunity for growth for the right person.

You will :
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of five brokers, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing support.
  • Drive sales and KPI achievement, ensuring business objectives are consistently met.
  • Analyse team performance data to identify development needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
  • Support brokers with complex client cases and business development opportunities.
  • Foster a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Your Skills :
  • Proven experience managing sales teams in commercial insurance broking or financial services.
