A leading automotive retailer in South Shields is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead their team, manage the sales process, and ensure high customer satisfaction. South Shields Ford Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £70k OTE (basic plus bonus) Hours: 44 Hours - Mon to Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm (one late finish to 7pm and a day off midweek), Sat 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 11.00am to 3.00pm (rota basis). You will have prior experience in a similar premium automotive environment with a proven track record in transactional sales and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will be able to demonstrate experience in leading a highly motivated team and know how to get the best out of each team member. Experience monitoring financial performance against budget and the ability to identify and address any shortfalls promptly is a must. You will need the ability to understand finance and insurance product regulations and have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate a sale. A full UK driving licence is essential.
