The Role

As Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving performance, inspiring your team, and shaping sales strategies that deliver outstanding results. Your leadership will set the tone, motivate the team, and build a culture of success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Investment Sales Consultants.
  • Drive performance, ensuring team and individual targets are exceeded.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximise growth.
  • Provide training and mentoring to enhance team capability.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Work closely with other departments to maximise revenue from shared leads and opportunities.
