About Us

Cubitt & West is one of the most recognised and respected estate agency brands in the South East. We specialise in residential property sales, valuations, buyer management, and delivering exceptional customer service. Our Crawley branch is a high-performing, customer-focused office, and we are looking for a driven Sales Manager who can help grow market share, lead by example, and deliver consistent sales results.

The Package
  • Basic Salary: £25,000

  • Additional Guaranteed Earnings: First 4 months plus support incentive for the following 6 months

  • On-Target Earnings: £40,000–£50,000 (uncapped commission structure)

  • Car Allowance: £3,000 or company car

  • Work Pattern: Five days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions through effective communication and strong rapport-building

  • Manage the full sales process: marketing, viewings, negotiation, and sales progression

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators

  • Lead by example, supporting the Branch Manager with team coaching and staff development

  • Generate new business through prospecting, relationship-building, and local market knowledge

  • Match buyers to suitable properties using CRM systems and database management

  • Build long-term relationships with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, and other stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high professional standards

  • Identify trends in the local property market and respond proactively

About You
