Role: Sales Manager

Location: South East London

Sector: Bespoke Event Caterer

Salary: Up to £38,000 - £40,000 DOE + uncapped commission, plus overtime and company bonus (OTE £55k +)

Hours: Subject to business requirements

The Event Caterer

A market‑leading event catering specialist specialising in delivering interactive and bespoke dining experiences. Event delivery across both the UK and Europe. The Event Sales Manager

Whilst driving sales and sourcing new business opportunities, you will manage relationships with clients, agencies and venues.

The event sales manager will oversee the process from enquiry and planning to support the operations team on the live event day through account managing for the client.

The Event Sales Manager will need to attend events and support the operations team but will not be the one running the events. There is a separate operations team.

Sales Manager Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within an event or catering sales environment
  • Experience working across UVL sites
  • You will be a talented, creative, and ambitious individual passionate about the F&B industry.
  • Competent with event H&S and food safety.
  • Have an understanding of the London‑based events market and catering industry.
  • Have extensive experience in delivering corporate and private events.
