We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the assigned region, develop regional sales strategies, and manage the full sales cycle with a focus on customer relationships and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with PG TMI EMSA objectives.
  • Achieve sales and gross profit targets for the assigned region.
  • Lead the tender and sales process from lead generation to order closure.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and perform sales forecasting.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and promote Trelleborg Marine Systems products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, project management, and supplier factories to meet customer requirements.
  • Support project database management and contribute to business process improvements.
  • Represent the company professionally and support training of junior sales staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferably Mechanical or Civil).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management or engineering sales experience, 2 years in the marine sector is a plus.
  • Experience developing and maintaining internal and external networks.
  • International experience and a global mindset.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience with complex sales models.
