A recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and meet sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing strategies for revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be self-disciplined and motivated, and have a strategic mindset. This full-time position is based in Brompton-on-Swale, with a salary of £50,000 per annum and Monday to Friday working hours.

Actively promote the business, supporting the business vision and objectives, ensuring they are at the forefront of all decisions made, both internally and externally.
Identify and pursue all new business opportunities across all channels.
Manage existing customer accounts, developing them in line with the business strategy, ensuring sales budgets are met, and growing revenue.
Retain business, by securing objective/achievable SLA's.
Maximise all Up/Cross Selling opportunities.
Responsible for project work as detailed by the Directors.
