Our client, based just outside of Ely, is seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk / Credit Controller to join them on a full-time permanent basis, working 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role has become available owing to the current incumbent relocating out of area.

Responsibilities
  • Process invoice information and generate sales ledger invoices.
  • Resolve invoice queries and bring them to resolution, including cash allocation; chase overdue accounts for payment.
  • Set up new client accounts on the system.
  • Handle customer emails and calls and provide day-to-day supporting duties.
  • Work to monthly targets as part of a busy team.

  • Previous and recent sales ledger and credit control experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
