A respected independent healthcare provider in Tetbury is seeking a part time Sales Ledger Clerk and Credit Controller to join their Finance Department. This role involves producing accurate invoices, maintaining the Sales Ledger, and managing debtor queries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel, and an AAT or ICB qualification. The position offers a flexible work environment, aligned with the Trust's commitment to high quality patient care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Finance Department, for a Sales Ledger Clerk and Credit Controller on a part time basis working 12 hours per week. Tetbury Hospital is rated good by the Care Quality Commission and comprises of a well equipped theatre and purpose built procedure room, outpatient department, minor injuries and illness unit and X ray department.
You will be delivering exemplary administration support across the Finance Department, working with compassionate teams who are committed to our vision:Always striving to deliver clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with customers, debtors and department managers
Knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel
Ability to use initiative to work independently and work as part of a team
Excellent planning and organising skills, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
A flexible approach to work, and a positive attitude

Working as a member of the Accounts Team the Sales Ledger Clerk & Credit Controller will be responsible for producing high quality and accurate invoices for the hospital for NHS and Private Patient activity completed by the hospital.
The role will also include maintaining the Sales Ledger to ensure this is up to date and accurate, resolving queries with debtors of the hospital and chasing outstanding debts to ensure punctual payment of hospital invoices.
