A growing Sales Transformation and Training Company in London is seeking a Sales Performance Coach to enhance the performance of sales teams through effective training and engagement. Candidates should have a proven background in B2B sales and the ability to deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions. This role demands high emotional intelligence, strong presentation skills, and the flexibility to adapt to client needs. Competitive salary of £50-55K.
We are searching for a charismatic B2B Sales Leader with a proven track record of success and a love of coaching to join a growing Sales Transformation and Training Company based in London as one of their Sales Performance Coaches.
Reporting into the Head of Sales Performance the new Sales Performance Coach will need to have a proven track record in B2B sales, and come from a strong sales background themselves, as opposed to just a sales training background. Your goal will be to learn and deliver the company's training content both in person and remotely to groups of salespeople. Key to success is the ability to encourage, capture and share examples of where training has led to positive outcomes for clients.
The new Sales Performance Coach will need full flexibility to deliver in-person and/or remote training across all 5 days. Flexibility to work early mornings / evenings to enable global delivery of training and travel to client offices. Overnight stays where required.
