Job description
Overview

This is a sales-focused role within the Center, aimed at driving retail and customer service activities to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will identify and research new business leads, grow customer accounts, demonstrate Krcher products and services at customer sites, assist with sales, queries and after-sales service, and contribute to business performance analysis and growth plans in collaboration with the Center team and manager.

Responsibilities
  • Undertaking retail and customer service activities within the Center to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and researching new business leads
  • Growing customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling
  • Visiting customer sites to demonstrate Krcher products and services
  • Assisting customers with sales, queries and after-sale service
  • Conducting stock takes as required
  • Assisting in the analysis of business performance, learning how to make and influence key business decisions working with the Center team and manager to build and deliver aggressive growth plans for key markets
  • Growing our customer account base through the development of both new and existing relationships, maintaining our CRM system as you communicate and visit customers, and working within the Center showroom assisting in sales support and service
  • Attending sales and product training sessions delivered via our in-house training academy (a mixture of E-learning, live webinars and in-person sessions delivered in Banbury, Oxfordshire)
Qualifications
  • A well-presented and ambitious individual who is confident dealing with a wide variety of people
  • Experience in a sales environment
  • Full UK Driving License essential
  • Clear communication both written and verbal
  • Computer literate and efficient with Google Suite; SAP experience desirable
