Overview

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a motor trade dealership group, seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their established site based in Fareham. Our client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a proven background in car sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover.
• Maximise sales opportunities, including new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and add-on products.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build lasting customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

Package

Basic Salary: £20,000

OTE: £45,000

Hours & Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (designated day off during the week)
• Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• No Sundays
• 1 late shift until 9:00pm (either Tuesday or Thursday)
