  • Oversee order progression, coordinating internally and externally to ensure expectations are met
  • Maintain structured and accurate commercial records to support forecasting and reporting
  • Build familiarity with product ranges and supplier capabilities to advise customers effectively
  • Support revenue growth through proactive engagement rather than reactive order processing
  • Review and refine internal sales workflows to reduce friction and improve efficiency
  • Operate independently, managing priorities and deadlines without reliance on close supervision

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with a practical, problem-solving mindset
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Confident using CRM systems and standard business software
Desirable
  • Background within construction, engineering, plant, or technical supply sectors
  • Exposure to site equipment, surveying tools, or heavy machinery products
  • Technical understanding of specialist equipment or engineered solutions

  • Salary aligned to experience and responsibility (market leading rate for top candidates)
  • High-trust role with genuine autonomy
  • Early Friday finish
  • Monday to Friday working pattern
  • On-site parking and staff facilities
  • Opportunity to work closely with specialist products in a commercially driven setting
