  • Present and sell training programmes via phone, video calls, and digital channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to enrolment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times.
