What you'll be doing

• Be quickly trained to know the products inside out and sell them confidently using your existing and growing sales abilities.
• Follow up on warm sales leads, visit customers in their own homes, or utilise our new remote selling framework.
• Give persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers about the products and services offered, think on your feet, and cross-sell other products where appropriate.
• Work with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time.

What we're looking for

• You’ll need to be self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar).
• A driver with a full UK driving license and your own car.
