Job summary

A well-established supplier in Small Dole is looking for a Sales & Customer Account Executive to support customers and drive sales. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, respond to enquiries, and engage in proactive outreach. This role offers a salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of £35,000, alongside benefits such as 20 days holiday and opportunities for long-term career progression. A full UK driving licence is required.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established supplier who are looking to welcome a Customer Account Executive to join their supportive team in Henfield. The Role

As a Sales & Customer Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting customers & driving sales, acting as a trusted point of contact for your accounts.

  • Managing the enquiries inbox & ensuring quotes & orders are handled promptly
  • Acting as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts
  • Building & maintaining long term customer relationships
  • Making outbound calls to proactively engage customers & identify new business opportunities
  • Re-engaging non-spending customers & maximising branch engagement
  • Supporting with pricing queries & upselling opportunities
The Person

We're looking for someone who is organised, confident & enjoys working with people

  • Previous sales administration, customer service experience
  • Confident speaking on the phone, including outbound calls
  • A proactive, practical approach with good judgement
  • Strong communication skills & a positive attitude
The Package

Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

20 days holiday + BH & Christmas Shutdown

Salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of up to £35,000pa DOE
