About the Role

Youll be the go-to expert for customers looking for high-quality air conditioning solutions. This role blends technical knowledge with sales skills youll meet with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions that deliver on performance and efficiency. With a company van or car allowance provided, youll be out meeting customers across the region, building strong partnerships and spotting opportunities for new business.

About the Client

Youll be joining a well-established, forward-thinking air conditioning company with a reputation for excellence in installation, servicing, and maintenance. They pride themselves on delivering first-class solutions and building long-term relationships, both with customers and their team. With strong growth plans in place, theyre committed to developing their people and promoting from within.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
  • 31 days holiday (increasing with service)
  • Company van or car allowance, PPE, uniform, laptop, and private healthcare provided
Key Duties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify new business opportunities within the region
Key Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC, air conditioning, or a related trade sector
  • Strong technical background with the ability to explain solutions clearly
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
