The ideal candidate will have a proven sales management background, strong work ethic, and experience in invoice finance. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high performing sales professional to join a successful independent receivables finance business in a leadership position.
Based in the South-East of England, you will assume responsibility for the day to day management, motivation and performance of a small existing sales team. In addition, you will be tasked with building and developing the team and increasing the company’s regional offering throughout the country.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving performance, and developing strategic plans to grow the company’s regional presence. You will lead by example to inspire and maximise team results in line with the company’s growth projections and commercial vision.
You will have a track record of selling within the invoice finance space and will promote the organisation’s brand and offering throughout the wider business community.
The role is suitable for an established sales manager or a senior business developer looking to transition into a senior management position. A strong work ethic and the ability to develop others to achieve high performance are essential.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary based on experience plus car, bonus and package.
