Job summary

A connectivity solutions provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth and own the sales function. You will lead new business acquisition by developing relationships with landlords and tenants, while managing the full sales cycle. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, consultative sales experience, and excellent communication skills. Compensation includes a base salary of £40,000 – £60,000 plus uncapped commission based on annual revenue generated.

Qualifications

  • Experience in telecoms, IoT / M2M, facilities management, or technical services.
  • Ability to influence and close deals at a senior decision-maker level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new business acquisition across multi-tenanted buildings.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to completion.
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
