Role description (which vertical buyer persona deal sizes deal cycles Ent / MM / SMB leads etc): AE Full-cycle sales leader role focused on SMB / MM in the UKI and emerging markets.
Average deal size: 12K ACV (MRR-led) with deals scaling to 150K-200K
Land-and-expand model; ACVs grow over time with cross-sell
Primarily inbound and self-generated pipeline
Selling to MSPs and internal IT buyers
Future GTM expansion includes enterprise / internal IT and strategic accounts
Leading a junior team (mostly hired in last 18 months)
Direct report to VP Sales
Director-level remit for current managers looking to scale impact; high visibility across EMEA GTM org; opportunity to help define commercial structure across multiple regions
Salary range & secondary benefits: Base 130K OTE 220K (approx. 90K variable); Standard ConnectWise benefits
