A leading IT consultancy seeks a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by engaging and qualifying potential clients through calls, emails, and social media. We work for leading organizations like Tesco, ASOS, Santander, and The Salvation Army to modernise legacy systems, build new features and products, and adopt new technologies that enhance their software and development processes.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving Codurance's growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
You’ll be selling our expert teams of software developers, platform engineers, analysts, UX designers, and product managers. We deliver high-quality software engineering, platform solutions, and technical consulting. Our work ranges from short discovery workshops to long-term projects like modernising legacy systems, building new features and creating full products. Projects can last anywhere from a few weeks to several years.
You will work closely with our Sales Executives, and Campaign Managers to create opportunities that lead to meaningful client relationships and successful project deliveries. This role is ideal for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and technology.
Location: Manchester or Leeds (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office)

Joining a consultancy offers a unique and varied experience. We are a relatively small team and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of services as well as learning from team members.
Compensation: £50k-£60kOTE
Basesalary: £35k-£45k, typically expect around £15k, made up of uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses.
