A leading SaaS recruitment firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will win new business and engage with senior clients using a consultative sales approach. The role offers a basic salary of £35,000 plus uncapped OTE of £10,000, alongside a range of benefits including pension and flexible holidays. Commuting to Staines 3 days a week is required.

The Company

The Role
  • Responsible for winning new business within the Mid-Market and generating appointments for more senior members of the team
  • Strategic conversations at senior level with clients
  • Adopting a consultative approach, you will build & develop strong working relationships over the phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Book sales meetings & carry out your own demos as you become more experienced
  • There are excellent opportunities to progress to more senior roles within the team.
  • It is also extremely well supported with a range of sales enablement tools
The Candidate
  • The company are open-minded on the sales background
  • They will look at candidates with previous B2B sales experience, recruitment, product, services and maybe B2C like estate agents etc.
  • Technology and software sales is not a pre-requisite but would be a real advantage.
  • Above all you will have an excellent attitude, hunger and desire.
The Package
  • 35,000 Basic Salary, plus 10,000 uncapped OTE
  • Pension, Mobile, Laptop
  • 25 days holiday plus stats

You must be able to commute to Staines 3 days per week; office hours are 9am - 5.30pm with Tuesday and Thursday being the mandatory office days and your choice of the other day.
