Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage directly with potential clients encompassing both electricity and gas customers.
  • Lead the beginning of the sales cycle – engaging customers and warming leads for our Direct Sales Team.
  • Build long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Take initiative to drive prospects through the pipeline, converting them into leads passed over to our sales team.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to promote Brook Green Supply’s (BGS) products and services.
  • Receive and convert inbound enquiries into booked meetings and leads with our Direct Sales Team.
  • Retrieve service level agreement information to help the sales team call and close.
  • Ensure efficient, accurate, and professional information pitch to our potential customers.
  • Use internal resources provided by the business to help land essential KPI’s and drive new business growth.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to help increase sales conversion.
  • Create and manage a target market sales pipeline, combining both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, and partnerships.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Help plan and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Prospect well and efficiently to help drive new business.

    Proven track record in B2B sales and success in the lead generation space.

As a Lead Generation Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our direct commercial client base. You will identify new opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and be contacting some of the largest energy users in the UK space to help them with their procurement requirements.
