Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Vibe Recruit's client is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their Sales Team, generating new opportunities. With a wide target market, this role offers excellent potential to achieve incentive-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate records.
  • Generate leads through research, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Build strong relationships to drive new and repeat business.
  • Book and hand over qualified meetings to the Business Development team.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with outbound activity.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and a team player.
  • 1-2 years' experience in an SDR or similar sales role (sector experience a bonus but not essential).
  • Proven success in prospecting and CRM management.
The Offer
  • Salary: 28,000 + 10% quarterly performance bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
  • Benefits: 22 days holiday + bank holidays (with service-based increases), healthcare scheme, workplace pension, free onsite parking, free daily meals, and additional bonus incentives.
