Sales Coordinator (3-6 Month Contract)
£24,000 - £26,000 (pro rata)
Wotton-under-Edge | Full-time | 3- 6 Month Contract

We're recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a well‑established engineering and manufacturing business. This is a 3‑6 month contract, ideal for someone highly organised, accurate, and confident working with order‑processing systems. An immediate or pre‑Christmas start is preferred but not essential.

The Role

As Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and supporting smooth operational workflow. This position requires more than data entry—you'll need to understand the content you're handling, follow processes, and use your initiative while also collaborating with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders
  • Use internal systems (ERP experience highly desirable)
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries
  • Follow established processes and workflows
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support

Contract Details
  • 3‑6 month contract
  • Immediate start — ideally before Christmas
  • Christmas shutdown: midday Christmas Eve - Monday 5th January
  • 100% office based, at least for the first month with a possibility of hybrid working after this time
