A leading roofing supplier in the UK is seeking a Sales Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for customers and support the regional sales management team. The role involves handling sales enquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service both over the phone and at the trade counter. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales support or customer service, strong relationship-building skills, and attention to detail. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, supporting them with product advice, quotes, and order processing both over the phone and at the trade counter. You’ll work closely with our regional sales management team and external sales force to follow up on leads, convert quotes, and identify new sales opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, maintain internal systems, and assist with stock handling as needed.
