Responsibilities

  • Generate a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prepare sales forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop strategies to increase profits and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with various departments for efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with international clients.
  • Generate quotes and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain insights on market trends and competitor activities.

Skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Sales Coordinator

Our Basingstoke Based client are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out sales activities as well as developing new sales strategies that in turn support the business in its growth.

Salary - £35,000 per annum

Duties

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Set and track sales targets and KPI's
  • Develop sales strategies to increase profit generated and further engage customers
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Managing relationships with international clients
  • Using SAP as a data source
  • Generating quotes
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Develop and maintain key market trends, insights and competitor activities
Skills required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of freight forwarding operations
  • Understanding of international trade processes
  • Experience working in a Sales position with duties in line with the above
  • Experience using SAP or similar CRM system
