A leading property developer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers identify and purchase new homes. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining sales targets, and liaising with a variety of stakeholders. To help customers identify and purchase a new home and ensure they receive an exemplar service through the process. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader and assisting the line manager in dealing with enquiries, managing customers’ expectations and demonstrating our KPIs.
This role requires travel to sites in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire - Predominantly Wallingford and High Wycombe
Experience of similar residential schemes or property industry is required.
IT literate with using Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel.
Comfortable with conducting virtual appointments for the development
Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
Person Specification:
The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
