Sales & Business Development Manager | Building Materials Sector | Bedford Area

A well-established and fast-growing timber and building materials supplier is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join its leadership team near Bedford.

The business has experienced significant growth since its formation and has been recognised for commercial performance and leadership excellence. It offers a collaborative, high-energy working environment with genuine long-term career progression.

The Opportunity

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role suited to a commercially driven sales professional with strong knowledge of the timber, joinery, or construction merchant market.

You will play a key role in driving revenue, developing customer relationships, and expanding the product offering across timber and building materials. Working closely with senior leadership and an established sales team, you\'ll take ownership of accounts, manage projects end-to-end, and support the introduction of new and innovative products into the market.

About You

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced but supportive office environment
  • Full UK driving licence required
Package & Benefits
