As an RTW Sales Associate at ERDEM Sloane Street, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience, primarily focusing on providing personalised service to clients, with an emphasis on managing and expanding the client book to build lasting customer relationships.
The Sales Associate will offer expert guidance on our ready-to-wear collections, ensuring that every client’s experience is tailored, memorable, and aligned with the brand’s standards of excellence.
To be successful in this role, suitable applicants will have a minimum of 2 years' luxury retail experience, allowing them to contribute meaningfully to our team and uphold the brand’s prestigious reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their preferences, style, and needs, ensuring a highly personalised shopping experience.
- Maintain and update client books meticulously, recording detailed client profiles, preferences, purchase history, and special notes.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, emphasising loyalty and trust.
- Regularly follow up with clients through personalised emails, calls, and messages to inform them of new collections, exclusive events, and special offers.
Sales and Product Expertise
- Deliver exceptional sales service by showcasing in-depth knowledge of the ready-to-wear collection, including fabrics, fit, craftsmanship, and styling.
- Assist clients in selecting items that align with their style and needs, providing personalised recommendations and styling advice.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate to maximise sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
Client Book Development
- Actively grow the client book by identifying and engaging potential high-net-worth clients.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information is recorded in the system after each interaction.
- Utilise client book data to anticipate client needs and personalise future interactions effectively.
Store Presentation and Merchandising
- Ensure the sales floor and displays are impeccably maintained, reflecting the luxury image of the brand.
- Keep the ready-to-wear section organized, clean, and visually appealing always.
- Participate in visual merchandising updates and ensure the presentation aligns with seasonal campaigns and brand standards.
Event Participation and Execution
- Support and participate in in-store events, private client viewings, and exclusive launches.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client-focused events, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Share client insights and feedback with management to help enhance service quality and product offerings.
Profile
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail
- Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Experience in the Knightsbridge market with an existing client book is beneficial
- Experience within ready-to-wear fashion is beneficial
