Job Overview

Shoezone is hiring a part‑time Sales Assistant (temporary until February 2026) based in Banbury.

Hours & Availability

Mainly Mondays & Tuesdays 7.5 hours per week, with flexibility for the rest of the week. Core rota is subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing shoppers’ needs and questions.
• Assist in store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and visual displays.
• Support team activities and adapt to store rota changes.

• All‑around team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Flexible availability to support the store (availability discussed at interview).

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary pro‑rated between £3,918.75 to £4,784.79 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £23,923.96) depending on age, with national minimum wage for 3 years on 21+ regardless of age. Includes:
