Job summary

For the upcoming opening of our new MAX&Co. Store in Regent Street we are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Assistants to join our team.

You will play a key role in conveying the brand's identity and excellence in service while contributing to store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients in line with Max Maras brand values service standards and selling ceremony.
  • Actively support the achievement of personal and store goals working collaboratively with the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through dedicated clientele activities.
  • Ensure the store is impeccably presented at all times with merchandise properly displayed and organized.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge brand heritage and fashion trends.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Act as an ambassador of Max Maras customer‑centric approach.
Qualifications

  • Have at least 13 years of retail experience; experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector is preferred.
