We are working with a leading multi-site luxury wellness and retail brand based in London, seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Manager to elevate their commercial performance and brand presence. About the Role

This is a pivotal, outward-facing position where you'll act as a brand ambassador, driving both strategic and tactical commercial activity. You'll shape and execute marketing initiatives, build high-value partnerships (including corporate), and develop compelling campaigns that enhance visibility and revenue across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead and deliver multi-channel marketing plans to support revenue growth across all locations
  • Drive tactical sales activity and identify opportunities to acquire new customers and partners
  • Build and nurture corporate partnerships, hospitality networks, and brand alignments
  • Represent the brand confidently at events, meetings, and industry touchpoints
  • Analyse customer insights, market trends, and performance data to inform strategy
  • Support the refinement of brand positioning, tone, and customer experience standards
